Michael Tan
Founder & CEO of Aquarii BD Cambodia
Mr. Michael Tan is the Founding CEO of Aquarii BD Cambodia, bringing over 20 years of experience across Asia. He served as the Singapore Ambassador to Cambodia from 2016 to 2020, playing an active role in promoting trade, collaboration, cross-border business partnerships, and knowledge-sharing between the two countries. Michael’s prior overseas assignments include postings in Myanmar, South Korea, and Japan.
Currently based in Cambodia, Michael leverages his extensive network of contacts in government, business, and the impact/sustainability sectors, along with his deep understanding of the local business environment. By blending diplomacy, strategic communication, analytical skills, and business acumen, he has developed Aquarii to offer market insights, strategy, and navigation services to help international businesses and investors explore collaboration, partnership, and investment opportunities in Cambodia.

Peter H.K Koh
Founder Partner & Board Director
Mr. Peter H.K. Koh, PBM, is Aquarii’s founding partner and Director of the Board. He is Oceanus Group Limited’s CEO since December 2014. Peter has been instrumental in jointly formulating the strategic direction and development of the Aquarii’ SGs business. Peter has more than three decades of experience. He is a member of the Advisory Board of James Cook University and a member of the Advisory Council of the Singapore Aquaculture Innovation Centre & the 2018 Outstanding CEO Award by Influential Brands.

Mr. Peter H.K. Koh, PBM, is Aquarii’s founding partner and Director of the Board. He is Oceanus Group Limited’s CEO since December 2014. Mr. Duane Ho spent four years in a corporate advisory and restructuring firm, Borrelli Walsh. Duane’s professional accreditations include CPA Australia, since 2013, and is a chartered accountant of Singapore. As CFO Duane is responsible for all Aquarii’s global financial functions including financial planning and analysis, budgeting, financial statement reporting, cash flow management, financial control, audit and corporate tax

Pengheng Sreng
Head of Operations & Administration
Mr. Pengheng Sreng has more than 5 years of work experience in operations, administration and human resources in multiple sectoral organizations, including with NGOs and commercial entities. His knowledge and skills are in leading and managing recruitment, operations, finance, tax, compliance, events and procurement. At Aquarii BD Cambodia, Pengheng runs the operations, finance, administration and human resources. Pengheng holds a Bachelor’s degree in General Management and a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature. His personal quote is “To be successful in business, build a good company brand name founded on trust. To be successful in your personal life and career, forge a strong personal reputation grounded in integrity”.

Sovannaroth Leap
Business Strategy and Development Executive
Ms. Sovannaroth is a bachelor’s graduate of International Business Management, Royal University of Phnom Penh (RUPP), the Department of International Studies specializing in International Relations, Institute of Foreign Languages (IFL) before pursuing a Master’s degree at Beijing Foreign Studies University (BFSU), China. Due to educational excellence, she participated in various exchange programs abroad representing her departments, university, and country in Malaysia, Japan, Thailand, Vietnam, and China. Sovannaroth also worked for an international education institution for 2 years prior to joining Aquarii, where her role will be to help support business development, customer relations, administration, and human resources, utilising her energy and extensive academic experience.
Dennamanith Premprey
Special Projects
Mr. Premprey Dennamanith was our Business Strategy and Development Manager for about a year before family commitments required a restructuring of his work responsibilities. Now in charge of Special Projects, Mr Dennamanith continues to help identify, build and strengthen relationships with new and existing strategic partners in the development and private sectors for projects that Aquarii takes on for its clients. He works closely with Miss Leap Sovannaroth in Business Strategy and Development to develop and formulate business and financials proposals and plans, and any other tasks assigned. Prior to working with us, he had nearly 7 years of working experience in both the development sector and private sector, as a sale manager, research analyst, project management specialist and public private sector management specialist. Mr. Dennamanith hold two bachelor’s degree from Royal University of Phnom Penh and the Royal University of Law and Economics, majoring International Studies and Law in English respectively.
Premprey Dennamanith
Business Strategy and Development Manager
Mr. Premprey Dennamanith is our Business Strategy and Development Manager, in which he will be responsible for building long-term relationships with new and existing clients, business partners and associations, support the company marketing strategies and implementation plan, develop, formulate, propose and write up business and financials proposals, plans and models based on fact-based research, analysis and projections and any other cross function task assign to. Prior to working with us, he had gathered nearly 7 years of experience working for both the development sector and private sector, as a sale manager, research analyst, project management specialist and public private sector management specialist. Mr. Dennamanith hold two bachelor’s degree from Royal University of Phnon Penh and Royal University of Law and Econoics, majoring International Studies and law in English respectively.
