The FLAG, First Law Asia Group, was founded by Mr. Phan Sin and Mr. Phan Chhiengleng, attorney-at-law and member of the Bar Association of Kingdom of Cambodia (BAKC). It is registered with BAKC. The key objective of this law office is to professionally offer our clients legal services with efficiency. Our goal is to have The FLAG be a Fine Legal Assistance Group as per our commitment. We are unique as we have long experiences and a good understanding of national and international legal and business environment. Having knowledge of local procedure, our core asset, is a necessity for our clients’ success. The FLAG offers legal services in diverse areas, includes but not limited to, Real Estate, Due Diligence, Construction, Labor, Tax, Commercial & Contract Drafting, Business related License and Legal Representation in both civil & criminal cases for all levels of courts in Cambodia. We, as well, have tremendous experience in contract drafting and negotiation for both local & international clients.
