Saint Blanquat & A. was founded in 2012 in Phnom Penh by Amaury de Saint Blanquat with the idea of developing international Management Consulting and Human Resources practices in Cambodia. Since then, the company has delivered hundreds of missions to clients from the private sector, international organisations and the Cambodian government, helping to raise the standards of corporate governance, human capital and education in South-East Asia. With 30 consultants and analysts from 7 nationalities, 300+ clients, Saint Blanquat & A. has developed a unique expertise in Cambodia and Myanmar.

In an effort to further develop the international standards in Cambodia, Saint Blanquat & A. partnered with the world’s leading career services provider Mercer in 2017, to offer its comprehensive salary survey data along with other HR frameworks to a wider network of companies.
