Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) is a governement agency of Republic of Korea, focused on international development assitatance. Established in 1991, KOICA works to reduce poverty, improve the quality of life, and achieve Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in developing countres. Currently, KOICA is providing assistance with 48 overseas offcies in 47 countries. KOICA set up an overseas office in Phnom Penh in 2003, has been providing assistiance to Cambodia more than USD 653 million with various modalities such bilateral, multlateral, private-public partnership and technical assistance including invitational training and scholarship program.
