+ Job Description:

  • Work closely with Business Strategy & Development Manager to develop the company’s corporate and strategic growth plans, using fact-based analysis to identify growth and profit opportunities, and viable revenue streams;
  • Build long-term relations with new and existing clients, business partners, and associations, with the aim of increasing and strengthening the client base;
  • Work closely with supervisors and other team members in cross-functional efforts across marketing, innovation, etc. to support, prepare, analyze, and evaluate business and market opportunities and growth strategies;
  • Work closely with the Content and Marketing Team on marketing strategies and implementation plans, including but not limited to organizing and promoting Aquarii’s brand at trade shows, chamber of commerce events, and forums;
  • Generate business leads and/or follow up on assigned projects and clients;
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and client needs;
  • Draft, review, and amend business/investment contracts, business proposals, and related documentation;
  • Follow industry trends locally and internationally, identify and map out business strengths and customer needs, and research business opportunities and viable income streams;
  • Update and maintain the customer relationship management system (CRM);
  • Any other duties and responsibilities in support of Aquarii’s business outcomes, including but not limited to taking on or covering for the duties of other teams;
  • Other tasks assigned by supervisor.

+ Requirements:

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in a Business Management, Marketing, or other related fields;
  • A minimum of 1 year working experience in business development, investment, sales & marketing, or relevant roles is preferred;
  • Effective time management skills and the ability to multitask;
  • Ability to work independently with minimal guidance, lead and manage teams effectively;
  • Attention to detail and result-oriented;
  • Strong proficiency in English (spoken and written), excellent writing skills. Proficiency in a 2nd or 3rd language is a plus;
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills;
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; proficiency in other CRM tools is a plus.
