Phillip Bank Plc was established in Cambodia in 2009 under the ownership of Hwang DBS. In 2014, Phillip Capital Group acquired the bank and rebranded it as Phillip Bank. The bank offers a comprehensive range of financial services and banking solutions designed to meet the needs of Corporate, SME (Small and Medium Enterprises), and Retail customers. As a member of the PhillipCapital Group, which has been headquartered in Singapore since its founding in 1975, Phillip Bank Plc has grown to become one of the largest Singapore-owned commercial banks in Cambodia. It boasts an extensive branch network, with over 70 branches spread across the country.
Phillip General Insurance (Cambodia) and Phillip Life Assurance (Cambodia) are the sister companies of Phillip Bank while Phillip Trustee (Cambodia) is the associated company of Phillip Bank.
