Leading with Balance: Women in Finance and Tech

FreeWomen in Cambodia play an important role in the financial sector in the country. Increasingly, they are also marking strong presence in technology and data analytics sectors. Finance and Technology are important parts of the economy which on the one hand provide for well-being and improved lifestyle of all citizens whereas on the other hand, have to keep up with fast evolving trends and regulatory changes around the world. Today, Cambodia is one of the fastest growing developing countries in digital penetration with a very dynamic financial sector.
On the occasion of International Women’s Day 2022, the Cambodia Microfinance Association (CMA) and Credit Bureau Cambodia (CBC) would like to bring together women leaders from Finance and Technology sectors to celebrate the leadership of women in Cambodia across these sectors. These women hold important leadership positions in key institutions and businesses in the country that have been creating economic and social impact. Moreover, managing such leadership roles requires maintaining a good balance in their professional and personal lives.
This virtual Breakfast Talk aims to bring out the views, experiences and stories of such women leaders on the challenges and opportunities of Leading with Balance.
