More than 5,600 new businesses were registered in Cambodia from January to June 2025, underscoring growing investor confidence and a resilient entrepreneurial spirit. Of these, 49 registrations were completed through the online platform, reflecting a gradual shift toward digitalization.

- 3,073 capital companies
- 2,534 sole proprietorships
- 42 foreign trade businesses
Each new business registration sends ripples through the economy. These 5,600+ companies will require office space, equipment, services, and, most importantly, employees. As they compete for market share and drive innovation in their sectors, they align with Cambodia’s ongoing infrastructure development and its young, increasingly skilled workforce.
