Cambodia Records USD 25.29 Billion in Trade from January to May 2025

Cambodia’s international trade from January to May of 2025 reached USD 25.29 billion, reflecting a year-on-year (YoY) growth of 18.5%, according to the General Department of Customs and Excise (GDCE).

Major Export Destinations

• United States – USD 4.35 billion (+27% YoY)

• Vietnam – USD 2.04 billion (+8.3% YoY)

• European Union – USD 1.63 billion (+20.7% YoY)

Key Export Products

• Garments, Footwear, and Travel Goods (GFT)

• Electrical Machinery and Equipment Parts (e.g., bicycles, car tyres)

• Rubbers and Other Agriculture Products (e.g., rice, rubber, cashews, cassava, bananas, mangoes, longans)

Major Import Destinations

• China – USD 7.00 billion (+31.4% YoY)

• Vietnam – USD 1.80 billion (+7.8% YoY)

• Thailand – USD 1.48 billion (+10.4% YoY)

Key Import Products

• Mineral Fuels, Mineral Oils

• Knitted Fabrics
